Engaging, enjoyable, educational!
Excellent experience suitable for whiskey enthusiasts or anyone that is curious. Our host, Neil, has vast knowledge about the production process which he explained simply and clearly. His choice of four carefully selected local whiskeys really showcases what Kerry has to offer. Each whiskey was very different but all delicious - I couldn’t choose a favourite. Simply fantastic and an incredible memorable experience
Would definitely recommend. Great whiskey in a great bar with great people and a great organiser. The whiskeys that you try, mixed with the knowledge of the organiser about the whiskey making processes and the history of these whiskeys. Is quite simply a must. Whiskey tasting Tralee Baily’s corner with Neil Saad
In May, we went to an Irish whiskey tasting at the cozy Baily's Corner pub in Tralee. The tasting was hosted by Neil Saad. We tried Dingle Whiskey and Portmagee whiskeys. We received complete information about drinks, history, composition, components. My fav from that tasting is Portmagee whiskey 9 years old enriched by finishing in wooden casks infused with Barbadian Rum. This whiskey is a fantastic introduction to all Irish whiskey can offer.
